I am Jemmabella Cabral, or my friends like to call me, “Jemma,” “Bella,” or I am most popularly known as, “Jem.” Here, on IAMJEM.com, “JEM” stands for, “Just Extremely Motivated.” As a two time cancer survivor and just being a survivor of life in general, I have made it my personal mission to live every day of my life to its fullest. As easy as that may sound, accomplishing that day in and day out does take some determination, dedication, and above all else, motivation! I love to set goals and then work hard to achieve them.
